18 Months to 3 Years
This program emphasizes, encourages, and assists your child in developing a solid foundation.
Under the nurturing and supporting guidance of our experienced teachers, children follow a carefully prepared curriculum. The students are also helped to develop gross and fine motor skills, sensory and conceptual perceptions and spoken language skills.
Toddler activities and learning are individualized and are designed to develop your child’s coordination and independence.
Our classroom environment is especially helpful to your child’s development of cognitive skills, social interaction as well as effective communication with classmates and friends alike.
Also Art, Music and Spanish are introduced as a part of enrichment activities which are an integral part of Parkwood Montessori Academy’s philosophy for early childhood development.
Our Toddler Program offers young children positive experiences in a home-like setting that nurtures the spirit while supporting growth and independence.
A day in the Toddler Class includes daily practical living skills, activities for fine motor, gross motor, and language development, and experiences in arts and sciences.
